Looking for a responsible, Male House mate to share a large 4br home with. My brother lives on the first floor, it's just me (owner) and one other occupant on the second floor. There is one main bathroom and the master bedroom has its own private bathroom so you will only have to share the main bathroom with me. ALL utilities will be included PLUS FREE Wi-Fi AND laundry facilities. The home does have Central air and heat (new central air unit was just installed this summer, as well as a new water heater) you will have access to the kitchen, living and dining areas there's also an extra refrigerator if needed. The home is on a dead end street so parking is NOT an issue whatsoever! Please feel free to email or TEXT me with any questions, as I do not answer numbers I don't know. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY PLEASE! Room is ready to go, THE PHOTOS ARE WITH THE LAST OCCUPANTS FURNITURE BUT IT CURRENTLY ONLY HAS A THE BROWN DRESSER, TV AND A BRAND NEW QUEEN SIZE BED. You're free to use it or not, it's up to you! I provided the television and the Roku (if you need it), the blue rug is brand new and I just bought the mattress as well as mentioned.
