My home is situated in the Fishers Landing area just east of 164th and north of 15th. In a nice HOA neighborhood and has a well-appointed, bright clean kitchen and yard/garden to relax in. Shared access to the kitchen, communal areas, laundry facilities and storage. On street parking with easy access to bus service and main routes of travel to downtown Vancouver and Portland. Rent is $750.00 per month plus half of the utilities. The room is partially furnished because my last renter of 10 years had his own furniture. We can quickly get a bed set. Your responsibilities include: Cleaning up after yourself in the kitchen and all other common rooms, emptying the dishwasher, emptying the garbage, recycling. Regularly vacuum, dust and clean your bedroom and bathroom. Alert me of any problems with your space. No pets, children, smoking, drugs, or overnight guests. I am in my 70’s retired with a part time job. I cook a lot, and the cleanliness of the kitchen is particularly important to me as are all the common spaces.
