You'll have a your own private bedroom that has been freshly painted and brand new carpet installed. You'll have access to the whole house. You'll share a bathroom with one other. Not a party house or a stop and go. Must be willing to stay at least a year. Come and go as you please. Couples are ok for extra $300 a month. I'm Exactly one mile from Marta Bus stop so a bicycle will do the trick if you don't have a car. All utilities and amenities/ wifi/ laundry machines/ treadmill ect, are included with the price. You don't have to be a clean freak but please be willing to clean up after yourself. (Sorry no children allowed for this is a adult sanctuary). Must be OK with a well behaved cats for I have one. I'm ok with you having any small or large breed dog as long as they are well behaved and you take good care of and clean up after your fur baby. ☺ First and last month's rent required upon entry. I'm ok with you making payments over 60 days to cover last month's rent.
