$600 / 2br - 1200ft2 - Furnished And Private Room In Farmington (Farmington)

I currently live in a 2 bedroom apartment in Farmington, Michigan. My apartment is close to downtown Farmington. The apartment complex is on Grand River if you need to take a bus. This is a fully furnished apartment. I have a queen sized bed in each bedroom. There is cable TV and wifi internet, couches, a dining table, heat, and air conditioning. My apartment is 1200 square feet in total. There a buzzer for letting people into the building. We have 2 swimming pools in the apartment complex, an indoor pool and an outdoor pool during summer. A washing machine and dryer are in the building. The renter will have the 2nd furnished bedroom and have access to the rest of the apartment. I'm charging $600 a month and that includes utilities, cable television, and internet. I'm am interested in finding a responsible person that does not smoke inside or outside.
