The house offers AC / WiFi/laundry/Firepit/deck —Great location near the Mississippi River this summer they are building new park on the riverfront 1.5 blocks so the exit ramps are closed and there is construction but I am enjoying the peace and less traffic. It’s a short drive to Maple Grove, 7 mn to Uptown and Downtown. NO COUPLES please we only are interested in adding one person to the house it’s a female only home OR PETS. The first step is a phone interview, followed by FaceTime interview and and in person interview. Complete rental application and there is a deposit with a signed lease. You must either have a full time job or be a full-time Student. No pets we are at our limit and no allergies. No couples or the lease is single occupancies.
