$500 / 3br - 1175ft2 - bedroom (kingman AZ)

I have a brand new 3 bed 2 bath house i just bought,2yrs ago, my 16yr old daughter has the master bedroom, and bathroom, and I have one bedroom and hallway bathroom, ihave the other bed room with closet for rent with shared hallway bathroom with me, bed and dresser, shelves and tv in xtra room at present, kitchen laundry parking spot in driveway internet tv utilities included etc ,500 first and last to move in, no alcohol, smoking, vapeing, or drugs, I'm 64 retired male, prefer female older to retired because of my daughter it's just me and my daughter, don't want any drama or trouble, also prefer someone that isn't religious, no dogs or cats.
