Looking for a roommate for the guest room of my apartment. The bedroom and bathroom are separate from each other, but it’ll be your own. Preferably single tenants only. No dogs or cats due to allergies. Other pets can be discussed. Total rent includes the following: WiFi, utilities, and community fees (gym, pool, bbq, and valet trash services). There is a tv in the room now on a wall mount it can be removed upon request. Apartment is less than minutes from NAS Jacksonville.
