Looking for a mature, clean and Responsible Male. Must have a Job. Must have a clean Background. Full Kitchen access but must keep everything clean, Washer and Dryer. The room has a full size bed in it. (NO DRUGS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY) No Pets. No Smoking, Central Air and Heat. Only renting out to one individual only (No Couples). Wifi and Cable included in the rent. (No in and out traffic by others). Must have a valued State issued I.d This is a Month to Month Lease and if everything goes well I will renew the lease each Month.
