$285 Room for rent (Coral springs)

I’m looking for one roommate. The location is by Atlantic Blvd and Coral Springs Drive. Safe and quiet neighborhood. The house is kept clean and presentable at all times. $285 per week will include utilities. Private bedroom. Bathroom is guest bath so it’s technically shared. Sorry I can’t allow pets. I already have pets who don’t like other pets. My pets are kept in separate area.
