$200 Rooms by Town Center $200 Per Week

I have two (2) furnished rooms for rent super close to VB Town Center (Pembroke) in my Ranch Home. It is one of those standard ranch homes that was built when they developed Town Center. The home has a total of four bedrooms and two bathrooms with a very large front and back yard. It was just painted and re-carpeted and is ready for immediate move-in. I live in the 4th bedroom and have my own bathroom. The 3 other bedrooms share a bathroom (Bluetooth Speaker for Singing in the Shower!!!) with each other. You must be clean and pick up after yourself. All chores, both inside and outside are shared with the roommates, including myself, and you are expected to pickup a shift of mowing/trimming (super nice battery operated mower/trimmer that make it quick and easy) the yard and sweeping/mopping the common areas. Everyone (including me) would share common areas, to include: Internet; living room (65” TV in it); kitchen, laundry room (super nice LG washer and dryer) and fenced-in backyard. No alcohol or drugs are allowed on premises. Tenants must be nice to my cat. Smoking is allowed outside, but not inside. These three rules are a must. There is plenty of street parking available on my street, as most of my neighbors park in their driveways/garages.
