$160 ROOM FOR RENT IN A PRIVATE HOUSE BY OWNER (BRONX)

I am renting a room in a Private house @ Perry Ave & 205 street, Norwood area in the Bronx. Conveniently located next to shopping area. Near Hospitals, Metro north and next to the D train (205st). Buses are BX 28,10,16,41,34 and 30. I am looking for working, single (MATURE MALE 30+) non smoking person who is earning at least $500 a week. You must provide proof of income (two recent pay-stubs), picture ID and references and it will be verified (room is not first come first serve basis). Rent is $160 a week which include gas & electric. You will share a kitchen and bathroom. Need two weeks security plus first week rent to move in.
