We have a room opening in our amazing house. You have to see this place to believe it! Room Available Imagine waking up to the gentle rustling of leaves and the soothing sound of birds chirping outside your window. This place is a dream come true! It’s a spacious and airy first floor room filled with natural light and a breathtaking green view. The room is available starting November 1st at $1,865 per month (+ $150-$200 utilities). The room is unfurnished and doesn't come with a closet, so feel free to bring your own furniture and decor. Our Community Hands down we have one of the coolest communities in SF. Four large houses all next door to one another with 25 or so people in the community. It's really cool to see friend groups form across the homes and there are often community events and hangs. Whatever you are into there are others to bond and hang with. The House The house has a lot of space (4,000+sqft) and really beautiful commons. You have to see it to fully appreciate it but here's a preview: Three stories + a huge basement Two large garages! - bicycle parking, moped parking, adventure wall (most things are shared :-D) Boden's artist studio (anyone is welcomed to use the studio if you have creative desires)! 2 1/2 bathrooms - All are equally nice and there has never been a shortage. Huge Sunroom (main living space) - Contains comfy sitting options, ample coffee tables & coffee table books, lights by a Dan Flavin forger, restored antique wood table, Danish bookcases, art, art, and more art. Kitchen - Ton of counter space, massive pantry, TWO fridges and one deep freezer!! Some of us cook often, some of us not at all. Study - Books, fireplace, comfy chairs, and art. This is a quiet space to read and think about life. Will also soon be our third hangout space. Attic - sooo much storage, lots of space for all of our guests, and one of the rooms up for grabs. Grand Foyer - A place to look equal parts regal and casual while waiting for friends to come over. Mudroom - Take off your shoes, have some breakfast, soak up the sun in warmth, and hang with your friends. Guest quarters - A Harry Potter room under the stairs yet large enough for any guest. Seriously.. this is a Harry Potter room. Movie/trash TV space. Located in the basement this is the prime spot to gather around and watch our absurdly large TV and hang with friends or cozy up with a blanket and veg out! The Den. Also located in the basement this is unquestionably the coziest space in the house. Soft lights, comfy couch, it envelopes all those who sit within its tapestry walls :P Parking - We have 7 dedicated parking spaces, right at our backdoor. Best parking situation in SF. Organic community garden - we have 3 plots! We garden so, can you! Record room that comfortably envelopes all those who sit within its tapestry walls. Fire-pit – enough room in our yard for fire-pits and lounging Basement - Huge space for entertainment, comedy shows, music performances, etc. This space also has a utility room with a washer/dryer, house supplies, and two large washbasins + the other spaces mentioned. Spooky quiet - Despite the fact that we have so many rooms the house can often be very quiet. Many of us travel frequently and have social lives outside of the house. Dont get us wrong, we love to rage. But that is by far the exception. About Us   We’re a group of six creative, curious people always working on something—whether it’s art, design, biotech, or public radio. Some of us spend our time in the shop tinkering with lights and new projects, while others are out exploring the city, making great food, or diving into whatever hobby has caught our interest that week. We hike, we game, we build, etc. There’s always something going on, and it would be great for you to join in! We're joined by a lovely german shepherd and a cuddly cat peacefully cohabitating in the house. Our lease allows only two animals, so if you have a pet, sorry! The Presidio A former military base turned national park. Located at the foot of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, the Presidio is one of the few places you can live in the city, where it doesn't feel like you're living in the city. Imagine Beverly Hills country club meets redwood tree forests, all bordered by rocky cliffs crumbling into sandy beaches by the ocean. What's Next?
