Furnished 1 bedroom complete with big screen (actually multiple big screens) tv/roku/wireless Wi-Fi, private bathroom with shower, queen bed, bedding and dressers. This is on the water with a huge back deck, 70’ dock, boat, grill, hot tub, and tiki bar. Utilities included. I have a small dog that loves everyone, yours is welcome upon approval. This is a welcoming community, Front yard and rear yard surveillance with motion detection and spotlight. It can be a lot of fun, but an overall quiet neighborhood. I don’t care if you smoke, but do it outside or in the garage. You need to be clean, no weird guests, no “my boyfriend/girlfriend/kid/friend will only be here a week sorta shit”, just be cool, be cordial, and it’ll be fine, we share common areas, the washer/ dryer, the kitchen. Occasionally I will be in the family room/ poor man’s library, but it’s rare, it’s basically yours. You are welcome to the utensils, pots and pans, dishwasher and other appliances. Prefer a female, but not a deal breaker for dudes. I require some local reference regarding how you will treat my (and your) home, be up front about criminal history, not a deal breaker, but lie to me and you are gone. After a brief interview, and references, and upon acceptance,  I require $1500 up front, held in an account dedicated to that deposit. Additional $1500 a month, on a month to month basis, the date it’s due will be up to negotiation, the 15th? Fine, the 1st? Fine, but consistent. 30 day notice for moving out, you will need a PO Box up the street for mail and packages. I am no BS, no drama, I expect the same. You have access to the office, printer, the hot tub and tiki bar, anything else, just ask. You come and go as you please, just be clean, relatively quiet and be chill.
