The room is unfurnished in a nicely furnished Pacific Beach house only a couple blocks from the beach on Emerald St. Rent is $1400/month + utilities (usually about $100/mo). The house is in a quiet neighborhood, has three off-street parking spots shared with a few neighbors, plenty of street parking, a dishwasher, sink disposal, high speed WiFi, and a w/d on site. We have outside storage space, and a clothes line. We also have a courtyard with regular hummingbirds, and some citrus trees with tons of oranges fruiting every few months. It's a really lovely spot, especially perfect for someone who loves being close to the ocean.
