Looking for a roommate to share a light, bright east Cardiff home on a quiet private road. Travertine throughout. Huge fenced-in backyard w/ lots of natural light from east and west-facing windows, front yard, large driveway, sweet neighborhood on east side of Cardiff. Prefer a female due to shared bath but I am open. I’m an easy going, young 55+ yogi, non-drinker. I have 2-year-old small dog who is the sweetest animal ever. Open to a small or cat, only if compatible and breed restrictions apply due to insurance – firm. I am super sensitive to scents so no perfume or scented laundry soap please. Separate W/D room.
