We have one room available in a beautiful and sunny Jamaica Plain apartment! Looking to fill a room in 4 bedroom/ 3 bath flat in Jamaica plain available November 1, but we can be flexible the for the right person 😊 The rent is $1,150 per month and the landlord is asking for first month and security. The lease is for a year. You would share a bathroom with one roommate but would have the biggest room in the flat with a big closet. The apartment is close to Jamaica pond and in walking distance to Longwood.  The green and orange line are 10-15 min by foot and bus 39 just around the corner. The apartment has a front and back porch, spacious living room, kitchen with a dishwasher, and in unit laundry. There is also a driveway! We have two sweet dogs, Winston and Irma, so we are hoping you are a dog lover. We're looking for someone about the same age/ stage in life. Here's a little about your potential future roommates: Margaux (she/her) 34 year old preschool teacher. Loves spending time with her dog, Winston, going on hikes, going to brunch or trying new restaurants, going to museums, and wine/movie nights with friends. Alex (he/him) 35 old biology post-doc working in allergy research, comes from Germany and love to travel, go to music shows, and spending time with his dog Irma. Appreciates a queer-friendly and quiet living space. Kevin - he/him - 34 in June works in tech and works from home 4 days a week. Likes to bake on occasion and enjoys the arts. Appreciates an LGBTQ+ friendly environment We all have our own social lives, but enjoy chatting at the end of the day at home or grabbing an occasional drink out.
