$1,100 Private bedroom available in 3 bd- Near Piedmont Ave (oakland piedmont / montclair)

Hi! I am renting out one bedroom in my 3bd 1ba apartment available 11/1/25. It's $1100 per month and there is a $965 security deposit. Monthly utilities (internet & PGE) average around $30-90 ish depending on if we're running the heater/space heaters. I'm Cheyenne. I'm in my early 30s, I teach pilates at some studios in the east bay M-F, have 2 cats. i'm in a band so sometimes have to head out of town or will be out late but I'm pretty quiet and prefer a peaceful quiet household :) It would only be the two of us in the apartment since I am using the 3rd room as an office. The apartment is about 5 ish minutes walk from Piedmont Ave and the Morcom Rose Garden. It's a great location. There is only 1 bathroom that we'd share but lots of storage and in the past I've had 3 roommates share it just fine as long as everyone's respectful of time! Currently the room is used as my little office and I haven't moved my furniture out so pardon the messy photos!
