The room is fully furnished and comes with the desk, chair, and bed pictured. There is also a spacious walk-in closet with hanging room and shelves. There's a dishwasher in unit and new appliances. Roommates are in their 20s and 30s and very clean. Unfortunately pets aren't allowed. The landlord requires 40x the rent or a guarantor--the application process is pretty straightforward and there are no fees.
