We have Chickens! Fresh eggs, all the time. ALL INTROVERTS WELCOME! ROOM DETAILS: Room is located upstairs, bathroom shared and always clean! Bathroom downstairs may be used as well. Room can fit a queen sized bed, dresser and desk. Small walk-in closet. Room may be best suited for someone with minimal things. We do have a storage shed with room available for extra things. EXPENSE DETAILS: Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Must be on time. UTILITIES INCLUDED - street parking is always available Deposit of $750 Due on move-in Date. MORE INFO: Agreement is Month-to-Month, so No Long Lease. MUST PROVIDE 30 DAY NOTICE AND LAST MONTHS RENT PRIOR TO MOVING OUT. Super fast WiFi and almost every TV streaming program available - shared dishes, shared toilet paper etc. Paper towels and toilet paper provided free of charge. NON-NEGOTIABLE: Please no pets (lizard or gerbil/fish is fine) AND NO Couples - One person only - smoking is allowed outside *front or backyard (vaping inside OK) THE ATMOSPHERE: This is a very quiet, respectful home. Age ranges from 30-45. Everyone here is a working introvert, and we all value peace, privacy, and personal space. While we’re friendly and always happy to say hello in passing, we typically keep to ourselves when we’re home. A quick “hi” in the hallway or kitchen is about the extent of our conversations—and we genuinely like it that way. Sometimes we’ll cross paths in the kitchen and not say much at all, simply going about our routines. It’s a rhythm that’s worked well for many years and helps keep the house peaceful and low-stress. Each of us treats our bedroom like our own small apartment. With that in mind, we do ask that tenants bring only what will comfortably fit in their private room, as shared storage space is very limited. A few other things to know about the house: * We are clean and tidy in all common areas. * Kitchen appliances and cookware are shared. * Laundry should be done **before 4 PM** to help manage water and energy costs. * We have a small gym setup, chickens, and gardens on the property—all of which you’re welcome to enjoy respectfully. * No smoking or 420 inside the house / outside only * Occasional guests are fine, but we don’t host parties or large gatherings. * Quiet hours are generally observed after 9 PM. Monday-Thursday We’ve created a peaceful, low-key environment here, and we’re looking for someone who appreciates and contributes to that.
