im considering a housemate! easy lifestyle, i am divorced male, two kids living with me, 21 and 20.. both work and have cars...the home is a 4 bedroom oversized split....im renting a upstairs bedroom..you have use of the entire home, as if it was your own...i have 3 indoor cats. i am 420 friendly, pls dont smoke bowls etc in the home, haha..thc pen is ok in the home...no cigarette smokers pls...we will b living together, so we must meet somehow, or picture swap...parking is for one car, suv.....the bedroom is for a cool prof, working person, that wants single family living....no lease, cash deal...$1000 per month, $500 every 2 weeks is the pref method...$1000 includes full use of home and all utilities...1st and last req for move in pls...****3 miles from rt 495, rt2, 2 miles from devens, cul de sac neighborhood!! quiet and safe place to live. ****i have lived here for 25 yrs, not my first time having a housemate, last time was about 7 yrs ago, worked out great!
