I am a single lady, non smoker looking to rent the entire lower level of my house starting in Nov. I live alone with my small dog in a beautiful quiet residential Eagan neighborhood. I am renting the whole lower level of my house which is a walkout with your own entrance. It is completely furnished except for the bed. You will have your own large bedroom, full bathroom, and large living room. Complete with stove, refrigerator, microwave and shared use of the washer and dryer. There is parking on the driveway of my house. The rent is only $1,000 a month which includes all utilities plus cable and the internet. There is a deposit required of $1,000 a month when signing a month to month lease, which is refundable when you move out. I am looking for a non-smoker. Please no couples, children or pets.
