Great room available in a beautiful Victorian home perfect for young professionals. About the house: The house is located at 13th and F St in downtown Sacramento near Midtown, a short walk from Capital Park and great bars and restaurants. It's a beautiful Victorian home with 4 bedrooms. It has 2 large living rooms, television, a large kitchen (lots of appliances including pots pans and utensils). We have a good sized front and backyard with a propane bbq grill. The house is furnished with a washer and dryer and central heating and air conditioning. There is a creative space in the basement with an exercise area. The landlord is also very involved and will fix and help with anything concerning the house. About the roommates: My name is Drew in my 30's, currently an artist, substitute teacher, and property manager. I'm very active and love to workout and go on runs. For the most part, I spend my time in the art studio painting. Cory is in his 20's, works for a tech company as an engineer, and enjoys the outdoors. Liam also in his twenties, Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo alumni, enjoys outdoor activities, and does rail planning for the state. Type of roommates I'm looking for: Currently looking for a third roommate, who is willing to commit to a year lease. An ideal roommate would be someone who is clean and responsible, and has a positive attitude. Being a good communicator is something important to us. We'd also prefer someone that's open-minded and with a good sense of humor. Male or female are both welcome. We think it'd be great to have another young professional in the house. We'd rather have someone that wants to have a nice clean, comfy house to come home to rather than a messy, loud place for pre-drinking with tons of friends all the time. No pets, and no couples. The room: 11'x12', Has a ceiling fan with remote control. Rent for the room is $1,000 plus shared utilities(electricity, gas and internet). The utilities are typically about $40-$70, and the landlord pays for the garbage and water. There is a deposit upon move-in of $1,000. The room available Sunday August 9th.
