Safety Coordinator – Trucking Company (Russian/Ukrainian Speaking Pref (Rocklin)

Location: Rocklin, CA 95765 Job Type: Part time and or full time. We're currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to join our team. If you have experience in transportation safety and are fluent in Russian and/or Ukrainian, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities: Monitor and ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations and company safety policies Conduct safety training and onboarding for new drivers Oversee the hiring and qualification process for drivers Manage and maintain driver files and safety records Handle all permitting and registration needs for trucks and trailers Prepare and file quarterly IFTA reports Coordinate drug and alcohol testing programs Report and follow up on incidents, violations, and corrective actions Maintain up-to-date safety documentation and logs Communicate safety updates and procedures clearly with drivers and staff Requirements: Experience in trucking/transportation safety or a related field Familiarity with FMCSA, DOT, IFTA regulations, and driver qualification processes Strong organizational and communication skills Fluency in Russian and/or Ukrainian (required) Basic computer skills (MS Office, safety/compliance software) Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with CDL driver hiring and compliance Understanding of ELD systems and DOT audits What We Offer: Competitive salary Supportive team environment Room for growth and advancement Benefits package, PTO, etc. How to Apply: Please email your resume and a brief cover letter We look forward to hearing from you!
