Electrical Lineworker Training Instructor: We are seeking a dedicated Training Instructor to guide students through the fundamentals of electrical line work, ensuring they develop the skills and discipline necessary for a successful career. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor 10-15 students in both classroom and hands-on training environments. - Foster a positive and engaging learning atmosphere, whether in the classroom, training yard, or on field excursions. - Encourage punctuality and professionalism among students. - Evaluate students with daily performance-based grades to track progress and skill development.
