We have an immediate need for a Part Time Customer Service Associate at our self storage facility with excellent customer service and communication skills to join our family owned and operated real estate management organization. Associate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our facility, including sales, receiving rent, as well as maintaining a clean and professional facility. Prior self storage experience is helpful but not required, as we have hired many successful candidates in the past from other industries; such as retail / sales, apartment management, and other customer service oriented positions. Hours of employment are Saturdays and Sundays, 10am-6pm. Prefer someone who has some flexibility to cover for Manager during weekdays for sick leave and vacation but not required. Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Self-motivated self-starter - Computer literate - Customer service oriented - Energetic and enthusiastic - Persuasive and sales-oriented - Outgoing and confident - Organized - Physically able to walk stairs, take out garbage, office/restroom cleaning & sweeping. Since 2006, the Lamorinda Spirit Van Program (lovelafayette.org/spiritvan) has provided safe, reliable, affordable transportation for Lamorinda residents ages 60 and older. We help seniors get to medical appointments, run errands, shop, and enjoy lunch at Café Costa in Walnut Creek and more — supporting their independence and connection to the community. We are seeking a part-time Dispatcher to join our team. This position is typically 1–2 afternoons per week (4–6 hours each shift), with occasional additional hours to cover for other dispatchers.
