Previous swim instruction experience a plus!
MCMENAMINS is now hiring for our beautiful Anderson School location in Bothell, WA. We are a family-owned company in Oregon and Washington serving our own handcrafted beer, wine, cider, spirits and coffee alongside good, honest pub fare. Duties include but are not limited to:
Directly providing lifeguarding services; Pool and pool area maintenance; swim instruction in an individual and group setting. Preparing and submitting accident/incident reports; Greet the public and provide information and assistance regarding pool schedules and other general information; Participate in in-service training, orientations and other staff meetings as requested; Practice safe work habits and contribute to the safety of self, co-workers and the general public.
Qualified applicants must:
The ability to work well independently and as a member of a team
Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification or willingness to acquire one within 20 days if hired
Enjoy working in a busy customer service-oriented environment
Be available weekends and holidays
Have previous swim instructor experience (preferred), but we are willing to train!
