Class A Driver

Staffmark Drivers is seeking new talent in Victoria, TX. hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers to join our team. This is a seasonal local driving position with the perk of being home daily and potential to be temp to hire! Pay: $33.44 per hour for 40 hours. OT payrate is $27.89 7-day operation | All Shifts open. Start times between 1:00 AM–8:00 AM or 2:00 PM–11:00 PM Must be able to work nights, holiday and weekends. Job Details: Local routes | Home daily Seasonal assignment with potential overtime Driver will load and unload mail bins (light touch freight) Lifting is minimal, very light if any Vehicle Type: Tractor-trailer combination Job Duties: Safely operate a tractor and trailer combination to complete assigned routes Load/unload bins as needed Comply with company policies and all Federal/State DOT regulations Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate logs Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally Required Qualifications: Valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card At least 24 months of CDL A driving experience within the last 3 years Clean MVR required | No DUI/reckless driving in past 5 years/ No at fault accidents Minimum age of 23 or older Ability to pass pre-employment screenings Clean background Must be available for orientation and road test prior to start We cannot accept automatic restriction. This position requires compliance with FMCSA English language Proficiency standards as outlined in 49 CFR 391.11(b)(2). Candidates must be able to read, write and speak English sufficiently to perform safety sensitive functions.
