The Manufacturing Project Manager will join a growing team of Engineering and Health & Safety professionals helping our customers reduce their work-related risk to quality, productivity and employee health. Responsibilities will include oversight and proactively ensure the successful implementation of engineering projects, particularly within technical or manufacturing environments. This includes coordinating diverse teams of stakeholders, necessitating the ability to organize, manage, control, and direct activities for projects effectively. The role involves leading status meetings with the project team, maintaining comprehensive project documentation such as project timelines, dashboards, and meeting minutes. Furthermore, the Project Manager will be expected to provide detailed status reports and present project progress to management as applicable. This person will bridge the gap between technical teams and project execution, using their engineering insight to foresee potential challenges and make informed decisions regarding resource allocation and risk mitigation. Successful candidates will have the following attributes: Background in project management Technical Fluency & Integration experience Experience with the integration of complex systems, such as plant floor systems, or other relevant technical integrations, is highly desirable. Technical understanding allows them to grasp project complexities and communicate effectively with engineering teams. Working knowledge of project management methodologies, such as: scope management, schedule development & integration, risk management, status & control planning, issue & action item management The ability to lead diverse teams, set clear objectives, and guide projects to successful completion. (leadership qualities) An understanding of how engineering projects align with broader business objectives (business Acumen) The capacity to adjust strategies in dynamic project environments. This is a hybrid role working CST hours approximately 50% onsite / 50% remote depending on project stage and deliverables. Onsite portion will be at various Phoenix-area facilities for content production and user engagement. Please note that we do not work C2C.   RESPONSIBILITIES  Strategic Planning & Stakeholder Management Develop and facilitate the strategic plan and roadmap for the new training tool rollout, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, risks, and success metrics. Create and maintain a RACI matrix to define roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes. Project Management Build, manage, and implement a detailed project plan and roadmap with timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Track tool deployment and training content production schedule. Report status to executives weekly. Establish KPIs. Track and report progress, escalating risks and roadblocks as needed. Ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards. Training Content Development & Production Design, produce, and validate training content—including short-form instructional videos—using an iPhone and video editing tools. Align videos to company’s formal career path programs. Apply adult learning methodologies to ensure content is relevant, practical, and engaging. Maintain brand and instructional design standards across all content. Deployment & Engagement Publish training content to the appropriate platforms and ensure accessibility for all target users. Work directly with field and technical teams to drive adoption and usage of the training tool. The Project Manager develops, coordinates, implements, and manages all activities necessary to construct the project safely, within schedule and budget, and to the quality specified. The Project Manager is accountable for directing project teams, providing general administrative and technical leadership for the project, scheduling and facilitating project meetings, maintaining all project records and monitoring correspondence, as well as supervising the close out of a project. The Project Manager works in partnership with the Site Superintendent and/or a Senior Project Manager to lead the construction project and reports to either a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive. The Healthcare Project Manager will support healthcare projects for the commercial building group in Dallas area. Success in the position is achieved through the following duties & responsibilities: Build and maintain relationship with General Contractors and/or Project Owners, Subcontractors and vendors that promote project success. Be the point person from the preconstruction phase to the project closeout phase. Properly delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members and ensure entire project team thoroughly understands project.
