Monitor project budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders regularly. Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, etc.). Experience with project management tools (e.g., Procore, BuilderTrend, Fieldwire, etc.). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating and/or project management. As a DSD driver, you will be responsible for loading, transporting, and unloading products, as well as providing excellent customer service. You’ll be the face of the company at each location, working directly with store personnel to maintain relationships and ensure product availability. Primary Route would be located in primarily in East Bay. We will be able to train, to guide you through the delivery process.
