We currently have a vacant lot space available for lease at Pilchuck Mobile Home Community in Snohomish, WA. We are near downtown Snohomish and a five minute walk from Pilchuck Park. The vacant lot available can accommodate up to a 40ft. fifth wheeler or travel trailer. We ask that your trailer to be 2010 or newer. A well maintained trailer older than that could possibly qualify too. Garbage and sewer are included in the lease at no additional cost. Tenants are responsible to pay for their own water bill and electric. Water bill usually runs about $30 dollars a month for the rv sites. 30 amp hookup The Property Owners might allow a pet (cat or small dog) under 25 pounds for $50 month additional fee if they pass approval and are in the list of breeds allowed. Credit/background screening which is $60 per tenant, all tenants staying in the community must apply. 3 months pay stubs or bank financials required also before leasing.
