Space provides you with cutting chair, mirror, shampoo bowl, shelving for retail and space for all of your personal working supplies. Open 7 days 7am to 10pm Monthly rate: 3 days; $800 per month 4 days; $1000 per month 5 days; $1,200 per month Plus GETAX per monthly rent , please add to monthly cost. Monthly rent due 1st day of each month. Space has: -designer shampoo bowl (stand behind) for good back support and posture for stylist. - tool box for supplies - storage area for color and retail -able to carry and retail any products and you keep all income earned on sales. -Bathroom, handicapped equipped - 2nd Sink for hand washing outside of bathroom -AC, water all cleaning and utilities included in cost No addition fees -client/guest waiting area; 6 seats in waiting area -toilet paper, hand towels and soap provided in bathroom -utilities included; if you wanted to add WIFI that would be a cost you add, if desired.
