Tired of fighting traffic and having to book months in advance to find a place you can take your RV? Looking for a summer hang out? The St Joe River Valley is the ultimate location for all types of recreation including fishing, boating and 4-wheeling. Limited sites available - generously sized spots with lots of room to easily maneuver a large trailer. (Only setting up 6 spots on an acre of land.) 50/30/20 AMP RV pedestal at site with potable water available on the property. Porta Potty to be made available for general usage. Seasonal lease to include water, electricity and Porta Potty maintenance. Dumping of trailer tanks to be lessees' responsibility. Service provider comes through weekly during summer season. About 9 miles out of St. Maries = close enough for a grocery run - far enough to have tranquility. Set off the railroad grade so you don't get dusted out. No direct river access connected to the camping site, but I have insight on a direct access location (semi-private) that can be enjoyed in addition to multiple other public access points to the river. Boat launch is 3 miles away. Storing a small boat, 4 wheelers or side-by-side will be permitted as long as it is done in a tidy manner. I have plans to continue to improve the property in future seasons and will give first right to renew lease in coming years to initial lessees. Gathering names of interested parties now. Would be a great location and site layout if there was a group of friends who all love to camp together. Also could be a great "home base" if you have friends with waterfront up the Joe but you need your own spot.
