The walk in closet/laundry room has a six drawer dresser, washer and dryer. There is a small well outfitted kitchenette with apt. size 2 door refrigerator /freezer, propane burners, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, and all the dinnerware, pots and pans needed. There is a private entrance with its own yard with outside furniture and a path to private parking for one vehicle. Excellent internet/cell service. All utilities included. Sorry we love pets but cannot allow any. What we need for vetting: PROFILE/VES the date of desired arrival and months intended to stay plus details about yourself/ves. This is country living with all the sights and sounds including frogs at night when raining, an occasional crow from a wild rooster. The energy here is peaceful. There are no roads or houses in sight. This is a completely furnished suite. $1700 per month plus security/cleaning SINGLE OCCUPANCY $2200 per month DOUBLE OCCUPANCY plus cleaning/security.
