$1,600 Center City Jan-May sublet (flexible) (Center City)

I'm going on sabbatical, making my 2BR Center City apartment available. $1,600 for everything. Ideally, the term would be January 1 to April 30th, but I'm open to early start or later stay or any segment during that period. It would be furnished with queen bed, dresser, desk, couch, dining room table, and other things. Or it can be made unfurnished if preferred. Photos are of the apartment before I moved in but I can provide photos of how it is now.
