Job Overview: The Entry-Level Composites Technician will primarily be responsible for laying up carbon fiber parts in our manufacturing facility. This role will offer a hands-on opportunity to work with advanced composite materials, ensuring high-quality standards in part fabrication and assembly. Key Responsibilities: • Layup carbon fiber composite materials according to engineering specifications and production schedules. • Prepare and maintain molds and tooling for part fabrication. • Conduct quality checks throughout the layup process to ensure parts meet specified tolerances and standards. • Monitory curing and executing finishing of composite parts. • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. • Document production data, including materials used, part numbers, and production times. • Work collaboratively with engineers and senior technicians to improve processes and product quality. • Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of equipment and tools. • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of composites manufacturing techniques.
