We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Career Coach to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of those we serve. Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and group career coaching sessions tailored to client needs Guide clients through resume and cover letter development, interview preparation, and job search strategies Assess client skills, interests, and goals to create customized career action plans Collaborate with employers, recruiters, and workforce development partners to identify opportunities for clients Track client progress, provide ongoing support, and adjust plans as needed Stay current on industry trends, labor market changes, and best practices in career coaching Qualifications: Certification in career coaching, workforce development, or counseling strongly preferred but not required Proven experience in career coaching, employment counseling, recruiting, or workforce development Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients Knowledge of resume writing, job search platforms, interview strategies, and labor market trends Ability to manage multiple clients and maintain detailed case notes and progress records What We Offer: $45/per 30-minute coaching session with opportunity to earn bonuses based on performance Complete remote environment - you won't be asked to travel or come into an office - EVER Part-time work on your schedule - Expect 2-5 30-minute sessions per week depending on availability How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter outlining their qualifications and passion for career coaching
