We added 2 new lead providers and Google Ads , as Well as Organic Our current closers can’t take all the inbound calls — we’re turning business away. What You’ll Actually Do: Take 20–40 inbound + auto-dialed leads/day Quote and close long-distance moves (no cold calling lists) Update deals in CRM (we use MoveitPro) Pay: $2,000–$6,000+ weekly (top 3 closers last week: $6,200 / $5,500 / $4,800) Daily cash spiffs ($100–$300 most days for 2+ bookings) Sign-on bonus: $500 in week 1 if you close 10+ moves Bonus jumps to $2,000 after 1st month for closers above quota What You Need: 1–3 years verifiable experience with a moving company Able to close over the phone fast (calls are short — avg 4.5 min) Comfort with CRMs + multitasking across screens Speak clearly, follow up, stay organized Schedule: Choose your shift: 9am–6pm or 12pm–9pm Weekend availability pays more (higher lead volume) How to Apply: 📲 Call or text now to schedule a phone interview: [insert number] Or email your resume to: [insert email] This is for experienced closers only.
