Salesperson – Motorcycle & Powersports About Motorado Love motorcycles? So do we! Motorado is a small, family-owned dealership in the Denver area specializing in motorcycle and powersports consignment. We’ve built Colorado’s largest used powersports showroom by creating a fun, fast-paced, and stress-free buying and selling experience. Our team is passionate about riding, selling, and building lasting relationships with our customers—and we’re looking for a motivated salesperson to join us. Responsibilities - Welcome every guest into the dealership with energy and professionalism. - Assist customers in finding motorcycles and powersports vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget. - Use Motorado’s CRM system to track all customer interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress—accuracy and timeliness are critical. - Sell not just motorcycles, but the fun, excitement, and unique Motorado experience. - Proactively follow up with all leads—phone, email, and in-person. - Meet and exceed contact and sales goals set by the Sales Manager. - Complete all paperwork accurately and on time. - Maintain the showroom and inventory presentation to a high standard. - Stay alert and engaged on the floor; respond quickly to customer questions and needs. - Think on your feet and adapt to a dynamic, high-volume environment. - Deliver purchased units to customers with care, ensuring a positive end-to-end experience. - Answer sales phone calls and enter into CRM - Attend training sessions and team meetings as required. - Perform other duties as needed to support the Motorado team. Qualifications - Sales experience highly preferred, but not required; automotive or powersports sales strongly preferred. - Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. - Strong communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly. - High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously. - Comfort using CRM platforms (or proven ability to learn quickly). - Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor. - This is a team driven environment. You must be a team player. - Passion for motorcycles and the powersports lifestyle (riding experience strongly preferred). - Availability to work retail hours, including Saturdays.
