What We’re Looking For: 7+ years estimating, project management, or business development for a GC. You already know people in the local property world. You understand scopes, labor, and cost structure. You’re comfortable working independently and being judged by results. Pay: $85K–$140K a year (base + commission or profit share) depending on experience and your network. Vehicle allowance or mileage available.
