Working Water Heater--PLEASE HELP (Sun Rise Manor)

Mrs. Carolyn's water heater went out Aug 30th. She is in need of a working water heater. She is 71, and just lost her husband on Aug 27th due to heart failure. She is on a fixed income, while her rent should be paid a little late, she is also fighting her battle with cancer and a couple other illnesses that make her almost immobile. I am asking on her behalf for help. She has been left with a bit of a mess and well it is too much for someone her age and health. Can we spread the word. Thank You.
