REHOMING BORDERCOLLIE PUP ASAP (Fort Washington)

This girls name is Prada (8 months old) and she was a service dog prospect. She is slightly skittish when new people approach her in public but overall is a great dog and knows a lot. I have to rehome her due to lack of time to train. She knows commands like wave, paw, switch paw, stand, alert, heel, center, back up, sit, down, stand, orbit, bow, recall, stay, leave it, and holds item. Small rehousing fee of 400. She is un spayed so most of the fee is going to her being spayed before going to her new home. She can go to her new home same day of spaying or when healed. She will come with vet and vaccination records and rehoming fee is negotiable if her new home can pay for her spay. Will NOT go anywhere until she is spayed. Will answer through texts mainly
