Rehoming Bichon/Chihuahua mix

Having to rehome our dog she's about a little over 1 years old. She's pretty behaved and LOVES kids never been aggressive in her life especially with kids very patient. She is house trained but she does need positive and strict reinforcement. She's naturally very clean and behaves no excessive barking only when she suspects someone at the door, she's fully crate trained as well. She does have some tummy issues and only thing we've gotten her to hold down is the pate things from Costco she's allergic to peas. She does have shots and was dewormed regularly I just don't have the papers because it was those tractor supply ones.
