Two healthy, well established, captive born female tortoises from North Alabama. The oldest (Vic) was born on June 17, 2006 & the other (Sal) in the summer of 2007. Both have laid eggs on multiple occasions & would probably make good breeders with the addition of a male. Each is about 12" long. These tortoise live outside & are brought in when the temps dip below 45º, so from about November to early March they stay inside. They eat dandelions, plantains, clover, & other weeds. In the winter they eat lots of Mazuri Tortoise Chow. My main goal is to find a good home for these girls because they have about 60 to 70 years left to live & I ain’t getting any younger. Adoption fee is negotiable.
