We have a young chicken and a rooster ready to be rehomed together. They hatched on Monday, May 19th, 2025, so they are now 18 weeks old (4 Months). The chicken will start laying eggs once she turns 6 months (In November). The egg color that the breed lays is White. They are PURE-BREED, so they are 100% Sicilian Buttercups. This is great if you plan to breed them, because the chicks will be purely buttercups as well. The Chicken (Cory) Cory is a sweet pullet. She is light brown, with dark specks over her body. She likes to explore different places, and loves to wander near humans. She is very intelligent, and likes to find something new to do. She is often comfortable around humans, so catching her is never a big issue. The Rooster (Pecker) Pecker is pretty cockerel, with beautiful golden neck features, that shine in the sun, and long tail. Unlike regular roosters, Pecker has a big comb, with a whopping 3 peaks instead of 1! That is because of his unique breed. Pecker is also very curios, like cory. He loves to explore his surroundings, and find something new to do. He is a bit shy if you go charging at him to pick him up, but if you sit still in the chicken coop, he will become comfortable, and wander towards you to explore. Then you would be able to easily pick him up. *Note: They are NOT sold separately. You CAN buy the rooster by himself IF you want to, but if you plan to buy the chicken, you must buy the rooster as well. So please keep this in mind if you plan to buy them* There is a rehoming free
