Potholes galore (san jose north)

Potholes are everywhere. Of course, if Caltrans actually hired people to pave streets once every 10 years and did it properly, there would not be a need to constantly patch streets all the time which, by the way, costs more money than doing the job right in the first place. Of course, nobody gives a shit because it's public money so we all chip in. Nice thinking: you must be to the left of IQ 100.
