Need help new here (Reno)

I am in desperate need of a travel trailer or rv or something. I would need it on payments or trade for house keeping dog sitting/walking caring for elderly or something I’m open to suggestions. Or if you have a mother in law suite or something that you could let me work off the rent. I have a 10 yr old daughter and a dog. Only need until I can find a job and get established. We fled an abusive situation, and have nothing not even gas money to go look for work. We are currently staying in my van. Please if you could help I would be forever in debt to you. And will be happy to make you payments when I get a job. God bless you!
