Grey tabby male cat needs new home (Macon)

He is neutered and up to date on his rabies vaccine. He was initially vaccinated for everything as a kitten. He is fiv negative. He is 4 years old. He was raised with a dog and another cat. He was raised around a toddler but has no interest. He likes scratches as much as you'll give. However, he doesn't like picked up. Due to circumstances, he is needing a new home. I am asking a small rehoming fee.
