Cute friendly young cat (Cleveland/Lakewood)

I have a 1 year old male kitten named Gidgy. His birthday is 8-24-2024. He has a very sweet personality , loves to be petted and enjoys playing with toys. I hate to see him go but my new landlord has a strict no pet policy so Gidgy needs new a new home..The deadline was given until by the end of the day 10-1-25(tomorrow night) He will be taken to a shelter tomorrow by 7pm.There is a small rehoming fee of $20
