Can you help us please? (Elkhart)

Can you help please? My husband has lung cancer and his oncologist wants us to part with our dogs to help purify the air he is breathing. They are all people friendly with all ages and other dogs.(We don't know about cats.) We have a male and a female beagle 17 months old and two female chihuahua/ beagle mix that are 6 months old.
