Female Cockatiel with Cage (Jefferson City)

I’ve got a beautiful Cinnamon Pied female Cockatiel that’s looking for a new home. She’s tame but can use a refresher on being handled since she hasn’t been handled much lately. She will occasionally put her head down for you to pet her. She will come with a cage that has food/water bowls, a perch, 1 wooden hanging swing, and 6 toys.
